Role Purpose

The Delivery Control Lead is responsible for leading and controlling ERP implementation projects — both client-facing and internal — ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.

This role acts as the authority in project meetings, enforces operational discipline across the organisation, and protects delivery quality and profitability.

• Position: Delivery Control Lead (Project Manager)
• Location: Mauritius - Onsite
• Type: Contract (long-term, subject to successful completion of probationary period and performance)
• Training: 2 months structured onboarding into HFC delivery methodology. Deliverables expected in parallel.
• Professional Development: Clear pathway toward Delivery Manager within 1–3 years based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Project Control & Governance

• Define and maintain structured project plans
• Control scope and prevent scope creep
• Enforce milestone validation
• Monitor delivery timelines
• Ensure structured documentation

2. Meeting Leadership & Stakeholder Control

• Chair client project meetings
• Set agendas and meeting objectives
• Control discussions and decision flow
• Professionally challenge scope deviations
• Escalate commercial matters when required

3. Budget & Resource Oversight

• Track project budgets and burn rates
• Monitor billable hour allocation
• Ensure efficient resource utilisation
• Coordinate invoicing milestones
• Protect project profitability

4. Internal Projects & Operational Assignments

• Lead internal transformation initiatives
• Manage internal system implementation projects
• Coordinate cross-functional assignments
• Ensure internal deadlines are met
• Improve internal workflow structure

(Examples: internal Odoo optimisation, automation rollout, process standardisation, knowledge base structuring.)

5. Risk, Quality & Performance Management

• Identify risks early
• Develop mitigation plans
• Monitor delivery quality standards
• Enforce timesheet compliance
• Maintain structured reporting

Performance Metrics

• Client projects delivered within scope
• Internal projects delivered on time
• Budget adherence rate
• Reduction in scope creep
• Improvement in operational efficiency
• Consultant productivity alignment

Must Have Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Education

• Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of First Class or Upper Second-Class (2:1) Honours degree
• Strong academic performance at secondary level (minimum grades A*, A, or B)
• Or equivalent demonstrable functional capability

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years experience in:
