YOUR IMPACT 

You will join the core team of Mauritius's first Gold Odoo Partner, serving clients across 20 countries daily and even more through HFC's BOP Alliance.

You will own ERP and digital transformation projects end-to-end. That means sitting with a client to understand how their business actually works, mapping and redesigning their processes across finance, sales, operations, inventory, and more, then configuring, testing, and delivering an Odoo solution that makes them run better. You will lead discovery workshops, write the requirements, manage the build and data migration, run UAT, take the client through go-live, and stay with them through the support and improvement that follows. You are the person the client trusts in the room and the person we trust to get it right.

The work goes beyond configuration. You will build integrations between systems, write Python where a problem demands it, and help us develop the AI-powered tools that are becoming central to how we deliver and what we offer clients. As you grow, you will also carry commercial responsibility, scoping engagements, shaping proposals, and managing your portfolio of clients and their satisfaction over time.

You will partner directly with the CEO on the projects that define where the firm goes next.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Client discovery, business process mapping, and requirements gathering
• End-to-end Odoo implementation: configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, go-live
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management at senior levels
• Project planning, delivery, and managing competing priorities across multiple clients
• Post-go-live support, training, and continuous improvement
• Building integrations and AI-powered tooling, applying sound security practices throughout
• Owning client relationships and satisfaction across your portfolio

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 
  
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, consulting, or digital transformation
• A strong grasp of core business processes across finance, operations, sales, or supply chain
• Proficiency in Python, with the ability to build and adapt technical solutions
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, or a real appetite to learn and build them
• A working understanding of cybersecurity principles, and the judgment to apply them — protecting systems, data, and integrations against threats, especially when building AI-powered and connected solutions
• Comfort working across multiple software platforms; Odoo experience is a strong advantage but not required
• Relevant certifications (Odoo, business analysis, PMP/PRINCE2, ACCA, or similar) are an advantage
• The presence to run client workshops and command a room of senior stakeholders
• A self-starter who takes ownership, backs the vision, and still pushes back when it counts
• Someone trustworthy who genuinely wants to help build this firm
• Fluent in English; French is a real advantage in the Mauritian market
